Interwetten’s executive director is leaving his post

Werner Becher is set to leave his position of executive director of the Austrian company Interwetten he’s been managing for seven years.

Becher reported about his desire to leave the gambling company on social networks.

Later, when officially confirming his departure, he noted that he’s grateful to Interwetten for the experience and to colleagues for support and optimism throughout the years.

During seven years of work, Becher managed to double the company’s annual profit turnover up to $ 1.5 billion.

He also stated that he was able to gather an excellent team of professionals around him and without them it wouldn’t be possible to archieve such a great results.

Interwetten is the operator of sports betting, slot games and online casinos established in 1990.

Since 1997, Interwetten has been offering sports betting online, becoming the first company in the world to cover this segment.
