UK is planning to turn off the function of refunding accounts with credit cards

The Labour Party continues to promise changes in the structure of gambling business in the UK to its voters.

Labours are the ardent opponents of the gambling development in the country and trying to hinder the development of betting, lotteries and other components of gambling business.

Earlier, one of the party leaders, Tom Watson, insisted on 1% deduction of the total income of bookmakers to the fund of fighting against gambling addiction. Also, the party representatives are confident that advertising during the broadcast of sports matches and events adversely affects not only on the number of people involved in betting but also on the development of sports in the country.

A few days ago, the party leaders have declared that if they are to win the next election, the Labour Party will ban the use of credit cards to refill the betting accounts. According to the British regulator, 20% of all supplements are carried out by credit funds. This trend leads to an increase in the number of “problem players”, who suffer from gambling addiction.

The next elections in the UK will be held in 2020. In the last election, the Labor Party scored 40% and lost only to the Conservatives.
